If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, our return and refund process is designed to be simple, transparent, and hassle-free.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products are damaged, defective, or expired at the time of delivery.
  • Items delivered are different from what was ordered (wrong brand, quantity, or specification).
  • Return requests are made within 3 days of delivery.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact our support team via email or the “My Orders” section in your account.

  • Provide your order ID, invoice, and reason for return.
  • Our team will verify the claim within 24–48 hours.
  • Pickup will be arranged within 2–3 business days, wherever applicable.

3. Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed once the returned product passes quality checks. The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used medicines or consumable items.
  • Custom or made-to-order automotive parts.
  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories.
